Yannick Alléno, one of France's most decorated chefs, has opened Casea 101, a new waterfront restaurant at One&Only The Palm, on 19 October 2026. It brings the social, sun-washed spirit of the Riviera to Dubai's Palm Jumeirah, and for a traveller who prefers a private, unhurried visit it makes a natural anchor for an evening on the Palm.
A Riviera table on the Palm
Casea 101 sits along the resort's waterfront and leans into Italian coastal cooking: shellfish and fresh catches, seafood towers, crudos and fire-cooked seasonal fish, plus pizzas from an open kitchen. The dishes are built for sharing, so the meal reads as a relaxed, convivial gathering rather than a formal tasting menu.
The room is designed around Mediterranean seaside living, with pavilion-style architecture, warm woods, curved forms and sun-washed tones. Casea 101 joins the resort's wider "101 by Yannick Alléno" dining collection, which this season also welcomed the intimate French-Japanese omakase L'Abysse, giving the Palm two very different Alléno tables.
What it means for a private visit
One&Only The Palm is a low-rise, intimate resort set on its own peninsula, reached discreetly by car along Palm Jumeirah. For a private group, Casea's sharing format suits a convivial dinner without the scale of a mega-venue, and the waterfront setting is especially good at sunset before the meal.
We would build it into a private Dubai evening: a chauffeured transfer to the Palm, a booked table at Casea 101, and the night rounded out with Marina or Downtown views on the way back. In the opening weeks it is wise to reserve ahead, while a new Alléno address draws extra attention.
Casea 101 gives the Palm a relaxed, Riviera-style waterfront table from a world-class chef, an easy and elegant anchor for a private evening in Dubai.
