What Data We Collect
Through the request form on the site we collect your name, phone number and, if you provide them, your email and message text (travel dates, group size, preferences). The form also stores technical information (the page the request was sent from and the time it was sent) to help protect against spam bots.
Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data based on the consent you give when submitting the form, and in order to fulfil your request for a private tour, in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (UAE PDPL, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). Your data is used only to contact you about your trip and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Where Your Data Is Sent
Your request is automatically forwarded to a private Telegram channel used by the gett.tours team and to a work email address. These are the only channels through which we receive and process your requests. We do not sell or share your data with third-party advertising networks.
Your Rights
You can request the deletion or correction of your data by messaging us on WhatsApp or Telegram (contacts are listed in the site footer). The exact data retention period and the contact responsible for personal data processing will be published once confirmed with the operator.
