The service agreement for gett.tours: what we do, how booking a private tour works, and the terms under which we operate.

What We Do
gett.tours arranges private, individual tours and excursions across Dubai and the other Emirates of the UAE. We build the itinerary around your preferences, arrange the guide, driver and vehicle, and act as an intermediary between you and the local service provider (a licensed tour operator, guide or carrier). We are not a hotel, airline or an independent tour operator ourselves.
How Booking Works
A request submitted through the website, WhatsApp or Telegram does not create an automatic booking. After your request we confirm the date, group size and preferences, check availability with the provider, and send a confirmation with the price, date and tour details. The booking is confirmed only once you accept the terms in that confirmation.
Payment
The payment method and timing (cash on the day, card, or a deposit) are stated in the individual booking confirmation for each tour. Prices on the site are private and may vary by date, group size and the services included. The final price is always fixed in the confirmation before the tour starts.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
You can cancel a private tour booking in writing via WhatsApp or Telegram (contact details are listed in the site footer). If you cancel more than [TODO: confirm with owner] hours before the tour starts, the deposit is refunded at [TODO: confirm with owner] percent. For a later cancellation or a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable or refunded in part, with the exact percentage confirmed in the booking confirmation. If a tour cannot take place for reasons beyond our control (force majeure: weather conditions, government decisions, a flight cancellation by the provider), we offer a date change or a full refund of the deposit. Liability
gett.tours is responsible for the accuracy of the booking and the work of our own team. The quality of the service on the ground (the guide, the vehicle, adherence to the itinerary) is the responsibility of the local service provider.
