Dubai reads differently from the water: the Marina skyline resolves into one line, Palm Jumeirah stops being a map and becomes a shore, and Burj Al Arab is finally seen the way it was designed to be. Three hours on a modern double-deck yacht, the upper deck for sun and views, the lower one for shade and the table. Unlimited soft drinks, fruit and snacks are included, and nobody is aboard except your party and the crew. The clock starts at boarding, not once you reach open water: moving through the marina canal both ways takes part of those three hours, roughly an hour combined depending on traffic on the water that day. Eight to ten guests spread out easily across both decks with room to sit and move; the full fifteen still fits and works well for a lively group, just with less open space per person, so a smaller party gets more of the boat to itself.

Your day, step by step
  1. 01

    Meeting at the marina

Arrive at the berth ten to fifteen minutes before departure. The crew welcomes you, shows the yacht and runs a short briefing.

  2. 02

Out through the marina canal · about 20 minutes

The three-hour charter starts at boarding, and this transit between the towers counts as part of it: the densest stretch of views on the route and the best place for the first photographs.

  3. 03

Palm Jumeirah and Atlantis · about 45 minutes

We round the island from the sea, along the hotel line, with Atlantis The Palm in view.

  4. 04

The stop · 60 to 75 minutes, your call

Engines off in calm water: swimming, photographs, the table on the lower deck. How long to stay here is up to you, within what is left of the three hours.

  5. 05

Burj Al Arab and the return leg · about 35 minutes

On the way back we pass the sail-shaped hotel; the canal transit into the marina is part of this leg, and we return to the berth at the agreed time.

Good to know
  • The price is for the whole yacht, not per person
  • The start time is agreed: morning, afternoon or sunset
  • The three-hour clock includes moving through the marina canal both ways, roughly an hour combined, not just the open-sea portion
  • Eight to ten guests move around freely on both decks; the full fifteen still works well for a lively group, with less open space per person
  • Marina transfer, catering, jet ski, DJ and filming are optional add-ons, quoted by request once the date and party size are set
  • The captain makes the final call on going out, based on the marine forecast that day; unsafe conditions mean a different slot the same day or another date by agreement, not a yacht sent out regardless
  • Larger and premium-segment yachts are arranged on request
  • Bring a towel, swimwear, flat soft-soled shoes and reef-safe sunscreen if you plan to use the swim stop
  • Cancel at least 48 hours before the start for a deposit refund; the exact deadline and refund percentage are fixed in your booking confirmation
  • Transfer to and from the marina isn't included by default; a private car can be added as an optional extra when you book
Questions, answered
Is the price per person or per yacht?

Per yacht for three hours. Two guests or fifteen, the sum is the same, and that is the difference between a private charter and a shared cruise.

How many people fit, and is fifteen comfortable or just the maximum?

Up to 15 guests across two decks, the upper one open, the lower one shaded with a table. Eight to ten spread out with the most room to spare; at fifteen the yacht still works well for a lively group, just with less open deck space per person.

What is included?

The whole yacht, captain and crew, fuel, unlimited soft drinks, a fruit platter and snacks. Alcohol, hot food and transfers are not included.

Can we add catering, a DJ or a photographer?

Yes. Marina transfers, catering, jet ski, DJ, photographer and videographer are optional, quoted by request once we know the date and party size. On request we also arrange larger and premium-segment yachts.

Does the three-hour charter include getting in and out of the marina?

Yes. The clock runs from boarding to return, and the canal transit both ways is part of it, roughly an hour combined depending on traffic on the water that day.

What happens if the weather is bad?

The captain decides on the day, based on the marine forecast. If wind or waves make the route unsafe, we move the departure to another slot the same day or reschedule by agreement, rather than sending the yacht out regardless.

How are add-on prices worked out?

By request, once we know the date and the number of guests. Transfer, catering, jet ski, DJ, photographer and videographer are not on a fixed menu, so each is quoted individually rather than posted as one number that would not hold for every party.

Guests consistently give us top marks for the private format and the care of their guide.

We had the yacht to ourselves for the afternoon, cruising past the Marina and Palm Jumeirah with music and drinks on board, worth every dirham for a birthday like that.

The speedboat ride was fast and fun without ever feeling reckless, and our captain timed the loop around Atlantis perfectly for photos.

Dinner on the dhow was calm and romantic, gliding past the lit-up skyline with none of the crowd of a big tourist boat.
